Repairs
I take care in making all my creations last, and I stand behind my work. If you have any problems, contact me at info@jewelrybyjocelynleigh.ca. I’ll be happy to make arrangements to repair the item. If something breaks, please try to gather all stray pieces to send back. Buyer pays shipping to Jewelry by Jocelyn Leigh. Jewelry by Jocelyn Leigh will pay return shipping back to buyer. (Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for items shipped to Jewelry by Jocelyn Leigh uninsured.)
Care of Jewelry
The metal components of most of my jewelery are aluminum and base metals with a silver or other colour plate. The plated ones should be kept away from water to keep their look. I can use gold or silver if you like. I just use the base metals to start as it keeps the cost down for you. Most of the plated metal is nickel free, but if you have an allergy let me know and I’ll double check with my suppliers for you.
How soon will I get my order?
Orders generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your order (except special / custom orders). Mailing time usually averages 2-3 business days within Canada
